These Terms of Service govern your access to our storefront, ordering process, customer accounts, and interactions with StarLink Goods Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “SLG”, “we”, “us”), an incorporated Indian entity with registered office at Plot No. 42, Okhla Industrial Area Phase III, New Delhi - 110020 (CIN: U52100DL2023PTC412345).
2. Eligibility & Account Security
By using this website, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Access to customer portals is authenticated through one-time password (OTP) verification bound to an active Indian mobile number (+91). Customers are assigned a persistent, unique identifier formatted as SLG-######.
3. Single Product Cart Restriction
Under Phase 1 of our business model, each user may purchase only one appliance at a time. Our platform automatically restricts cart items to a maximum quantity of one. Concurrent attempts to place multiple orders will be rejected by our server architecture until the active transaction reaches completion or cancellation.
4. Payment Mechanisms & Invoicing
Payments may be executed in full or via our 11-instalment plan. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%) and doorstep transit insurance. An authoritative tax invoice is issued upon confirmed receipt of payment.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
